5 Pillars Of Resilience – Accreditation

Our 5 Pillars Train the Trainer programme is of particular benefit to those who are looking to build greater employee resilience within their organisation, upskill in-house trainers and work creatively to meet the requirements of sometimes challenging budgets.

Accreditation normally comprises a 2 day programme, following which trainees will receive a renewable 1-year licence to access our My Resilience diagnostic platform, a full and detailed suite of downloadable workshop materials and regular support and updates to ensure the can confidently deliver resilience training to other personnel within your organisation.

Day 2: Familiarisation with materials, selected teach-back sessions

Resources for trainees include:

  • Facilitator guide
  • Workshop handouts
  • Sample action plan
  • Delegate feedback forms
Personal Resilience

Trainers will also be provided with a link to the 5 Pillars of Resilience Toolkits, which can be shared with delegates attending face-to-face sessions.

Following accreditation, all trainees will be assigned a dedicated mentor from the Wellbeing Project team who will be on hand to shadow the initial roll-out of new workshops and also to offer support and guidance for the duration of the licence, as and when required.
