Desiree fulfils two roles as a member of The Wellbeing Project team – she is both Head of Client Delivery and a regular facilitator.
As Head of Client Delivery, she focuses on ensuring the smooth running of our larger client programmes, her attention to detail and organisation bringing a much-valued sense of calm.
As a facilitator, she creates a relaxed and participative learning environment – stretching, challenging and supporting delegates to embrace their full potential and apply the tools and techniques which will see them strengthen their wellbeing and resilience. Desiree’s professional approach, combined with her flexibility and warmth, gains the trust and confidence of those she works with. Desiree is qualified as a Licensed Practitioner in Insights Discovery profiling and holds an additional certification in EQ-I 2.0 and EQ-I 360, a recognised measurement tool of emotional intelligence. She is also an accredited RSPH Health Champion Trainer.
