The 5 Pillars of Resilience give a holistic overview of your psychological, physical and social wellbeing. It is a scientifically validated model that draws on the fields of positive and cognitive psychology, nutrition, neuroscience, and medicine.

There is plenty to explore, so you may want to start with those areas that are the biggest priority and build from there.

The first step is to complete a short questionnaire, and access your personal resilience report from Wraw. Your Wraw Individual report breaks down your levels of resilience across the 5 Pillars of Resilience, and gives practical strategies to give yourself a boost.
