Health and Wellbeing Champions work across the organisation to inspire your people to prioritise their own health and wellbeing.

We offer two routes to developing a network of champions for your organisation. We also provide ongoing professional development, so they can stay motivated to perform the role.

Health Champion Training

This full-day programme follows the Royal Society of Public Health syllabus for Understanding Health Improvement, Level 2. It builds knowledge of the principles of health improvement so that your Health Champions can effectively support your wellbeing strategy.

What is the role of a wellbeing champion?

Wellbeing Champions play an important role in supporting your organisation’s wellbeing strategy. They inspire and motivate staff to make informed choices to stay ahead of stress. Activities may include:

  • Organise wellbeing activities aligned to your strategy

What is the difference between a health champion and a wellbeing champion?

They both play a similar role. Our Health Champion training is accredited by the RSPH and follows the Understanding Health Improvement, Level 2 programme. Our Wellbeing Champion training is fully tailorable to meet your specific wellbeing objectives.

A genuine interest in wellbeing, and a willingness to learn more are the essential ingredients. Wellbeing Champions work across the organisation so good communication and collaboration skills are also important.
