Bridget Juniper

Occupational Psychologist

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a PhD in the measurement of employee well-being, Dr. Bridget Juniper is an appointed member of the Health and Well-Being working group for The British Psychological Society and Chairman of the RSSB Health Economics Group, which oversees and evaluates health and well-being initiatives in the rail sector.

An expert in the measurement of workplace well-being, Dr Juniper has worked with private and public sector organisations, providing them with evidence-based strategy that deals with the core of well-being issues within an organisation and gives them clear direction to effect change.

Dr Juniper continues her award-winning research at Cranfield University as well as her lecturing on the Masters programmes in Occupational/Organisations Psychology for Cranfield University, Birkbeck College and Goldsmiths (University of London).
