Clare Martin

Facilitator and Psychologist

Clare has been developing and delivering training on wellbeing and resilience for over a decade. She is recognised as being highly effective at engaging groups to take on board new ideas to support wellbeing allowing individuals and organisations to flourish.

She is also a psychological coach who takes a pragmatic, solution-focused approach enabling people to gain clarity on the challenges they face and equip them with practical tools to move forward. As a member of the International Society of Coaching Psychology she works to high professional and ethical standards.

In addition, she has a First Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and is currently working towards her Masters in Positive Psychology which is the science behind happiness, success and fulfilment. She is also a part-time psychology lecturer which enables her to be up to date with the most recent research in the field.

Clare is particularly passionate about mental wellbeing and resilience to promote growth and success in businesses and uses tools from NLP, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology to support clients. She believes that developing and supporting mental wellbeing is the catalyst to both personal and professional growth.
