As Head of Client Delivery at The Wellbeing Project, Frances is responsible for driving exceptional client service, consultancy and impactful learning experiences across our projects and programmes.
As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Frances enjoys applying the theories of Psychology to the practical issues of the workplace. Her previous senior management roles at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, provide the expertise and experience to apply operational excellence and high standards of customer service. Frances understands the challenges of navigating complex organisational structures and attitudes in order to deliver practical wellbeing strategies and intuitive solutions.
Frances joins The Wellbeing Project following roles as Senior Lecturer, Head of School and then Director at York St John University teaching Business Psychology and Leadership, at both undergraduate and master’s level. With her experience of both public and private sectors, Frances is enthusiastic about identifying opportunities to improve performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, whilst also increasing engagement, enjoyment and wellbeing.
Frances has a Professional Doctorate from Northumbria University in Occupational Psychology and studied the impact of uncivil leadership on individual wellbeing and resilience.
