Jo is an engaging facilitator who has worked with teams and individuals across private, public, utility and University sectors for over 17 years.
Jo specialises in helping individuals and teams to develop the self-awareness and skills which will combat stress and foster greater wellbeing and resilience. Her research into the impact of the Welfare Reform on frontline housing workers has seen her support hundreds of individuals through some of the most challenging times of their working lives.
As a facilitator, Jo’s focus is on the individual learning experience. Her workshops are a balance of experiential activity and reflection, where there is always a mix of challenge, support and fun. An environment that can help every learner explore and discover something new about themselves.
As a coach, Jo provides support in leading and delivering change, making career choices and transitions as well as helping people deal with the everyday people challenges that can come with leadership and management.
Jo is a qualified EQ-I 2.0 and EQ-I 360 practitioner, a recognised measurement tool of emotional intelligence.
