5 Pillars of Resilience Webinars (Wraw)

The 5 Pillars of Resilience webinars are designed to educate, empower and inspire participants to discover and maximise their own levels of resilience.

Each webinar will offer a unique insight into one of the 5 key sources of resilience (the pillars), providing practical strategies, tactics and tools which participants can draw on to build the resilience they need to withstand the pressures of their own particular environment and ultimately to thrive in it.

Pillar 1

Physical energy levels are crucial to our general health, resilience and stamina. In this workshop, we’ll look at how you can fuel your body, nourish it with nutrients, hydrate easily, sleep like a baby and find ways to exercise for fun. You can’t increase the number of hours in a day but you can increase your energy levels and thereby your performance.  Energy management is the new time management!

Pillar 2

Future Focus

Knowing what we want and how we’re going to get there helps give purpose and meaning to what we do. With today’s busy lifestyle, we can become rudderless and lose sight of where we’re going and why. Come along to this workshop and spend some time getting back on track to achieving what you want both at work and at home.

Pillar 3

Inner Drive

Positive mental energy is what keeps us going when times are tough. By keeping things in perspective and dealing effectively with setbacks, we can remain focused, motivated and confident in our own abilities.  Join us on this workshop to find out how to navigate around your mood map and stay in control.

Pillar 4

Flexible Thinking

Sometimes, things just don’t work out as we had planned.  Being able to adapt and flex in the face of change and to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns can help to prevent us from becoming ‘stuck’ in the problems of today.  In this workshop we’ll be looking at how to step back and reflect on the opportunities and possibilities open to you, ensuring you avoid the pitfalls of problem-mode and remain in solution-mode.

Pillar 5

Strong Relationships

It’s a common myth that resilient people are fiercely independent or lone warriors.  In fact, science has proven that the most resilient people enjoy strong relationships and have good support networks both at home and at work. Join us in this workshop to learn how you can ensure your relationships are as strong, resilient and rewarding as they can be.
