The Wraw Academy

Wraw is a validated psychometric tool and survey that enables organisations to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing in the workplace. It is based on the 5 Pillars of Resilience and Wellbeing, a model that has been statistically validated and used by leading organisations, both in the UK and worldwide.
Wraw suppports a two-pronged approach to building sustainable, healthy high performance in the workplace:
1. Educate and empower individuals and teams to take ownership of their own resilience and wellbeing.
2. Educate and enable managers and leaders to build a safe and supportive working environment.
As a certified Wraw Practitioner, you will have access to a suite of reports which will inform highly effective and targeted interventions that can deliver a tangible return on investment.
