Designed by leading business psychologists, The Whole Leader Programme incorporates strategic, tactical and personal resilience to give forward-looking leaders the confidence to build a truly resilient organisation. This comprehensive 4 module programme incorporates insight into the leaders’ individual areas of strength and development with a personal resilience report from Wraw.
Individual Resilience Report
Prior to joining the programme, the leaders will be invited to complete the Wraw resilience psychometric, and access their own individual resilience report. The report provides a detailed breakdown of personal resilience with insight into current strengths and areas of development.
Drawing on the results of the Wraw Individual Report, our highly skilled leadership coaches work 1:1 to build the high performing behaviours and thinking styles that unlock the best results.
Module 1: Transformational leadership
What makes a transformational leader? In this module we explore what it takes to create a thriving culture where individuals are encouraged to learn from mistakes and motivated to drive better outcomes. We share practical tools and techniques to stay ahead of strain and crisis and build both the strategic and tactical resilience of the organisation.
Module 2: Inner leadership
The best leaders are those who lead themselves. In this module we open the door to powerful inner resilience.
Combining the latest research from the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience, biochemistry and nutrition with highly effective tools and techniques, we will work inside out to develop optimum physical, emotional, social and mental resilience.
Module 3: Leading through change
In this module we take an in-depth look at how to lead through change. We analyse the impact of change on an individual and determine the most effective leadership behaviours for minimising stress.
We explore the critical importance of effective communication and provide practical tools, tips and strategies to ensure leaders deliver to the best of their ability, day in and day out, through these challenging times.
Module 4: Creating a thriving organisation
In this final module, we pull together all the learning of The Whole Leader Programme to take your organisation to the next level. We develop a sustainable plan to embed a culture of healthy high performance where individuals can maximise their potential and the organisation can thrive.
