Join this engaging and interactive programme and you will learn how to apply practical tools and strategies to proactively build your resilience. Working across each of the 5 Pillars of Resilience, you can gain the knowledge and awareness to meet day-to-day pressures, embrace your future, and thrive – even in challenging times.

Resilience Psychometric Reports

Before attending the Resilient You masterclass, all participants are invited to complete the Wraw psychometric assessment and access their personal Snapshot Report.  Each Snapshot Report includes:

  • A summary of each of the 5 pillars of resilience
  • High-level strategies for further development
  • An action planning sheet
  • A resource list for further support
