Wellbeing conversations play an essential role in developing a culture of psychological safety, and supporting staff to stay ahead of stress and strain.

Course Overview

Wellbeing conversations are coaching-style conversations 1:1 and with teams. They consider the whole individual (e.g. physical, mental, social) and identify areas where support may be needed. Leading Wellbeing Conversations provides managers and leaders with a robust understanding on how to do this effectively.
