The Resilient You Masterclass is designed to educate, empower and inspire individuals to discover and maximise their own levels of resilience.
During this interactive and engaging session, you will build a unique insight into the 5 key sources of resilience (the pillars) and a sense of your own strengths and areas for development. You will learn practical strategies, tactics and tools to bolster each pillar, giving you the resilience you need to respond positively and proactively to the various pressures and demands of your own particular environment.
Wraw Psychometric Assessment
Prior to attending the 5 Pillars Of Resilience Masterclass participants are invited to complete the Wraw psychometric assessment. This will allow you to generate your own individual and confidential Snapshot report.

The Resilient You Masterclass will be delivered over two modules of 90 minutes, 9.00am-10.30am and 11.00am – 12.30pm
