Nikhita Blackburn

Business Psychologist

Nikhita has always been passionate about applying psychological insights to make a tangible difference to people’s lives. After gaining a BA in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University, she pursued an MSc in Organisational Psychology at City University London. This background underpins Nikhita’s style of bringing together science and practice.

Nikhita is experienced in leadership development, coaching and facilitation. As a Lead Consultant at The Myers-Briggs Company, Nikhita used personality questionnaires, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B, to build self-awareness, improve work relationships and for a range of purposes. She has a real interest in the links between personality and wellbeing.

In addition to this work, Nikhita conducts research, speaks to the media and presents at conferences. She is qualified in Mental Health First Aid and volunteers for a crisis helpline.

Nikhita’s style is inclusive, adaptable and highly collaborative. Clients often remark on her depth of knowledge, openness and authenticity. For Nikhita, each workshop or coaching session is a chance to learn something new about people, and she encourages groups to share their experiences and be curious.
