Sarah’s long-standing interest in psychology and the human brain led her to study at Bristol University for a BSc in Psychology in 2001. After clinical psychology roles in the NHS, she undertook her MSc in Health Psychology at UCL. She then worked for five years as a research psychologist, investigating medicine decision-making, health attitudes/behaviour and organisational health.
In 2015, Sarah decided to focus on the practical application of organisational psychology and has been facilitating workshops and training ever since.
In addition to her psychology work, Sarah is a keen yoga practitioner and teacher at triyoga in London. She particularly enjoys running wellbeing workshops, especially those that enable her to use her psychology and yoga knowledge. She has found that yoga, meditation and mindfulness can play a key role in wellbeing and stress management.
Sarah is also a qualified coach and works individually with clients to address work-related challenges. She is accredited in a number of psychometrics, including Myers-Briggs personality profiling, which she finds very useful for individuals and teams.
