My role as Product Manager is to gather requirements for our software, pick out the solutions to problems, organise the many ‘to-do’ lists and bring structure to the work ahead. Together with the tech team, we are focussed on delivering fantastic experiences for our users as they use our digital wellbeing solutions. I often think of myself as Gromit being chased by the penguin (chicken!) on the model train. I’m busy laying the track to guide our direction – but hopefully less frantically than he does!
