She has extensive consulting experience in the areas of assessment, coaching and group facilitation. Sandra has in-depth knowledge of leading psychometric tools such as the Hogan suite, MBTI and EQi 2.0. She has also designed and facilitated learning and development interventions in the areas of leadership, EQ, career and team development.
Sandra is building relationships with psychometric distributors around the world who are ready to expand their offering to incorporate workplace resilience and wellbeing. She is also a lead facilitator for the Wraw Accreditation programmes and is passionate about giving practitioners the knowledge and skill they need to deliver wellbeing and resilience solutions with real impact.
