Delegates will walk away with a clear understanding of the early warning signs and symptoms of a dip in mental wellbeing and how they can respond effectively to minimise the risk of a mental health episode. This engaging and interactive full-day workshop is designed to support managers to lead and enable greater mental wellbeing in their team. As well as building awareness and understanding of what mental wellbeing is, it will help managers to recognise the early warning signs of common mental health conditions.
The session will provide delegates with a range of practical tools and techniques to create a supportive climate, role model best practice and lead positive conversations about mental health.
Coaching Mental Wellbeing
Suitable for HR, Occupational Health and Wellbeing Champions
This supportive half-day workshop will help those working in specialist roles to foster a climate of positive mental wellbeing within their organisation. It is particularly suited to HR, Occupational Health and Wellbeing Champions, providing them with the knowledge and skills to bridge the gap between individuals and their managers, offering an alternative contact point to support mental wellbeing.
As well as building delegates’ understanding of what mental wellbeing is, this session will focus on how to use solution-based questioning to coach and support individuals to make positive wellbeing choices or access timely and appropriate professional help and support should they need it.
Train the Trainer – Mental Wellbeing

Train the Trainer accreditation is offered for both Supporting Mental Wellbeing and Managing Mental Wellbeing. This can provide an effective and cost-efficient route to upskilling key personnel and building capability within your organisation.
By selecting a number of in-house trainers to complete an accreditation process with us, existing expertise can be extended, and nominated personnel can operate both as key contact points for wellbeing and as internal trainers.

My Resilience Assessment

My Resilience is a popular online assessment which measures an individual’s personal resilience, their strengths and development areas. On completion of the assessment, participants can download their results within a confidential report. This includes practical steps they can take to help them respond positively to challenges and set-backs.
Team and organisational summaries provide a valuable insight and help to identify those areas of best practice and biggest risk. This enables valuable budgets, support and resources to be targeted towards areas of biggest need and impact.
