Mental Health Awareness
Course Overview
Mental Health Awareness develops a deeper understanding of mental health. We explore the early warning signs of a dip in mental wellbeing and the simple things that can be done every day to support ourselves. Delegates will gain greater confidence in their ability to build and maintain their mental wellbeing.

- Understand the mental health continuum.
- Recognise how language can reinforce stigma.
- Recognise symptoms of depression and anxiety.
- Build awareness of factors that protect your mental health.
- Understand the risk factors in your own environment.
- Know how to proactively support your mental health.
