Account Manager

As Account Manager, Sally is responsible for providing excellent client service. She is passionate about nurturing strong relationships and constantly strives to ensure we get the best results for clients.

Sally joins The Wellbeing Project following three years leading a Wellbeing and Inclusion team within the rail infrastructure industry.  She established the team, set and delivered the strategy, led a number of programs and initiatives, including the culture program. She is recognised as being highly effective at connecting and influencing teams and leaders and is incredibly proud of the results she has achieved within an organisation.

Sally is passionate about creating workplaces that care for people, are inclusive, and value wellbeing, in order to provide a strong platform for continuous development and high performance. In practice this means taking a holistic approach – providing the tools, supporting individuals and teams to thrive, promoting good mental wellbeing and preventing work-based sources of mental ill-health. Sally has an amazing ability to motivate and empower individuals to make positive changes to their wellbeing and ultimately see people perform at their best.
