Train the Trainer accreditation is offered for both Supporting Mental Wellbeing and Managing Mental Wellbeing. This can provide an effective and cost-efficient route to upskilling key personnel and building capability within your organisation.
By selecting a number of in-house trainers to complete an accreditation process with us, existing expertise can be extended, and nominated personnel can operate both as key contact points for wellbeing and as internal trainers.
Accreditation is offered across 2 days. Delegates attend the initial full day ‘delegate session’ and this is followed by a full day of accreditation. During this second session, trainers will build their knowledge and understanding of the content, familiarise themselves with the materials and prepare and present back aspects of the learning.
Day 1: Full day workshop – attending as delegate
Day 2: Full day workshop – familiarisation, selected teach-back sessions
Resources for trainees include:
Workshop outline and overview
Workshop handouts and toolkits
Sample action plan
Delegate feedback forms
Upon successful qualification, trainers receive a formal certificate confirming their accreditation and are assigned a dedicated mentor from within our facilitator team who will be on hand to support and advise them as they step into their new role.
We can also offer optional shadowing sessions to support the trainers’ first live deliveries. We recommend that new trainers co-facilitate with their colleagues to enable shadowing cost efficiencies.
